1. We accept only pre-paid orders.

2. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

Made to order paintings will depend on type of painting selected and delivery date will take up to 10-30 days. Final delivery timeline be confirmed by us over call or mail.

3.Shipping Methods:

We offer several shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the selected method.

4. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items, shipping method selected, and destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.             

5. Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs 5000.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.             

6. Delivery Time Estimates:

Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

7. Delivery Delays:

We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by natural disasters, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to inform you of any such delays. 

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

9. Damaged Parcel:

In the event that your package arrives visibly damaged or you suspect damage, please contact our customer support team within  24 hours of receiving the item. Provide detailed information, including your order number, description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging.
